Dr. Angela Branch-Vital is a distinguished Professor, academic leader, researcher, and public health advocate with over 15 years of administrative experience and a decade of research focused on health disparities and behavioral health interventions. In 2025, she was appointed inaugural Dean of the School of Public and Allied Health at Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU), where she advances education, research, and community health equity.

A double PVAMU alumna, Dr. Branch-Vital earned her Ph.D. in Behavioral Science and Health Promotion from the University of Texas School of Public Health. Her federally funded research addresses obesity, HIV prevention, mental health, and culturally tailored interventions. She has published widely, served in editorial leadership roles, and mentored numerous students now contributing across public and allied health sectors. Dr. Branch-Vital oversees the strategic direction of JGRPHMS, ensuring the highest standards of scholarly excellence and interdisciplinary research.

Prof. Dr. Parin Somani is the CEO of the London Organisation of Skills Development (LOSD), Supervisor & Examiner of Postdoctoral in Lincoln University in Malaysia.  An Academician & internationally recognised best-selling author of 23 books, humanitarian, and a motivational speaker. she has delivered four TEDx talks and inspired audiences in 127 countries globally in various capacities like Keynote Speaker at Harvard, Cambridge, and Oxford University, with two PhDs, six honorary doctorates. She has published 37+ educational papers, featured in 100+ videos, 200+ newspapers/magazine/ books for her amazing societal contribution. Professor and Director of the Texas Undergraduate Medical Academy at Prairie View A&M University, as well as Senior Associate Dean of the School of Public and Allied Health. He is also Professor of Humanities in Medicine at the Texas A&M College of Medicine. Dr. Daniel brings more than two decades of experience in public health education, epidemiology, and health systems leadership. He has mentored over 300 students who now serve across multiple health professions. His scholarly work focuses on epidemiologic methods addressing chronic disease prevention, HIV/AIDS, health disparities, and organ donation among underrepresented populations.

Dr. Ranbir S. Rathee is an academician and Senior Management Professional with over three decades of rich experience spanning academia, banking corporate trainer. He holds MSW, MBA, LL.B, and Ph.D degrees, with specialisation in Human Resource Management. His doctoral research focused on Leadership Styles and Motivation in a Changing Banking Scenario, with special reference to Public Sector Banks.

Dr. Rathee has served as Professor and Director-HR at a Leading Global Private University and held a Senior Management position in a Public Sector Bank. He has extensive experience in HR policy formulation, leadership development, corporate speaker and trainer. He has also published  and presented several papers in National and International journals and conferences. He has guided Ph.D scholars and is known for blending academic rigor with practical insight, contributing significantly to leadership development and human capital growth.

A Professor of Physical and Health Education at the University of Calabar, Nigeria. He holds a PhD, MA in Education, and BA in Education in Physical and Health Education from Obafemi Awolowo University, with additional postgraduate training in management and Olympic sports administration.

With over 30 years of university teaching and academic leadership, he has served as Sub-Dean, Deputy Dean, Head of Department, Director of Sandwich Programs, and Chair of Faculty and Departmental Graduate Committees. His scholarly work spans biomechanics, sports science, health education, nutrition, and sports management, with extensive peer-reviewed publications.

An International Technical Official of World Athletics, Dr. Ogunjimi is a TOECS Lecturer and Training Consultant and President of the Nigeria Association of Athletics Technical Officials (NAATO), with wide experience in African and international athletics competitions.

A Professor at Prairie View A&M University. She specializes in health-oriented architectural design that enhances public health, community well-being, and quality of life. With over 25 years of international experience in architecture, public health, and interdisciplinary research, she integrates evidence-based design, environmental health, and policy to create healthier built environments.

Xu’s research focuses on autism-responsive design, chronic disease prevention, restorative environments, and health-supportive planning. Projects such as the Oasis Autism Community advance the Autism-Accommodating Environment (AAE) framework, assessing environmental impacts on behavior, emotion, and well-being. She has led award-winning healthcare, cultural, transportation, and urban planning projects in the U.S. and China. At Prairie View A&M, Xu teaches design studios and environmental systems, mentoring students in evidence-based, health-centered architecture.

An internationally recognised applied and computational mathematician whose research integrates nonlinear science, scientific computing, mathematical photonics, and the modeling of complex biological and public health systems. He is an Associate Professor of Mathematics at Prairie View A&M University, advancing studies in nonlinear waves, soliton dynamics, infectious disease transmission, and movement-related phenomena through analytical, numerical, and computational methods.

Dr. Akinyemi earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Applied and Computational Mathematics from Ohio University and has held faculty positions at Ohio University, Lafayette College, and Hampton University. Recognized among the World’s Top 2% Scientists (2022–2025) and as a Top Mathematics Scientist in the U.S. (2025), he has authored 160+ publications, with an h-index above 50 and 6,000+ citations, contributing broadly to nonlinear science, integrable systems, fractional calculus, and interdisciplinary modeling.

Dr. LaDrea Ingram is an Associate Research Scientist at Yale School of Public Health, a Senior Health Services Researcher at Atrium Health, a behavioral scientist, and a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). She holds a doctorate in Health Education and Behavioral Studies from Columbia University, Teachers College, an M.A. in Government from Johns Hopkins University, and an M.S. in Health and Medical Policy from George Mason University. Her research focuses on life-course determinants of health, with emphasis on racial and ethnic disparities in HIV-related health and mental health outcomes. Her work integrates biopsychosocial, intergenerational, and implementation science approaches to advance evidence-based interventions that promote psychological well-being and health equity, particularly among African American women and young women of color.

Dr. Dumitru A. Lacobas, PhD in (Bio)Physics from the University of Bucharest, Romania, is a genomics and biomedical research expert with over 40 years of experience. He joined PVAMU CRI-CCSB, bringing a fully equipped microarray laboratory and extensive faculty experience at major medical schools in Romania and the USA, including Albert Einstein College of Medicine and New York Medical College. His work spans genomics technology development, experimental design, transcriptomic analysis, and computational tool development. He has authored 3 patents, 7 books, 86 peer-reviewed articles, 27 book chapters, and 79 genomic datasets and delivered invited talks internationally, advancing personalized genomic approaches across cancer, neurogenomics, and cardiovascular research.

Dr. Kunle Olaifa

A distinguished Family Physician with over 20 years of clinical and academic experience across Nigeria, South Africa, and Australia. He holds an MBBS from Ladoke Akintola University, postgraduate qualifications in Family Medicine from Stellenbosch University, and a Diploma in Occupational Health. He is a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians of South Africa (FCFP-SA).

Dr. Olaifa is a registered independent practitioner with HPCSA and AHPRA, and a member of SAMA, ISID, and the Medical Protection Society. His expertise includes primary care, chronic disease management, emergency medicine, rural health, and skin cancer care. He has extensive experience in clinical governance, medical training, and quality improvement in hospital and community settings. Currently based in Queensland, Australia.

Prof. Abdullahi Sabo Muhammad is a distinguished academic in Health Education. He earned his B.Ed. from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, M.Ed. from the University of Ibadan, and Ph.D. from the University of Calabar, completing his doctoral studies in three years. He began his academic career at Kaduna Polytechnic, rising to Chief Lecturer, and later served MAAUN, Maradi, Republic of Niger, where he was promoted to Professor in 2021 and appointed Dean of the PG School in 2023.

Prof. Sabo has published over 70 empirical papers, two books, and four book chapters. He has supervised numerous undergraduates and postgraduates, contributed to curriculum development, and trained health professionals across Nigeria. He is a Fellow of the African Institute of Public Health (FAIPH) and a member of TRCN. He is presently the Vice-Chancellor of Franco-British International University, Kaduna. Nigeria.

Chukwuemeka Reginald Nkwocha is an AI researcher, public health analyst, and educator with expertise in machine learning, digital health, and wellness analytics. He holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence (Distinction) from the University of East London and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Benin, Nigeria.

He is an AI consultant at Cowbits Technology Pvt Ltd, India, specializing in precision livestock analytics, early disease detection, and One-Health frameworks. His research spans adolescent fitness modeling, kinesiology informatics, eco-tourism wellness, and responsible AI in low-resource settings.

A decade-long educator and mentor, he trains students in AI, Python, and cloud technologies. As an MBCS and UK STEM Ambassador, his focus includes generative AI for health education, federated learning, biomechanical analytics, and AI governance.

Dr. Naznin Sultana is a Clinical Associate Professor at Prairie View A&M University, Texas, specializing in biomedical engineering, tissue engineering, and public health informatics. She earned her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Hong Kong, M.S. in Food Preservation Engineering from KU Leuven, and B.S. in Chemical Engineering from BUET, Bangladesh.

Her research focuses on cancer and maternal health informatics, engineered biomaterials, tissue scaffolds, and food quality assurance. She has led multiple funded projects, mentored undergraduate and graduate students, and published extensively in high-impact journals. Dr. Sultana has received numerous honors, including PVAMU’s “Excellence in Research” Award (2025) and Chartered Engineer (CEng) and CSci recognition in the UK. Prof. Hui Fang Huang (Angie) Su, Ed.D., is a professor with the Department of Education at the Abraham S. Fischler College of Education and School of Criminal Justice. She was honored with the President’s Distinguished Professor of the Year Award 2017-2018. Dr. Su is the creator of Project MIND ®️ – Math is Not Difficult, a K-12 mathematics enhancement project currently being implemented in classrooms throughout the United States. She is the Past President of the Florida Distance Learning Association and the President of the Florida Association of Mathematics Teacher Educators (FAMTE). She is also a Florida mathematics standards framers and writers team member. Dr. Vanessa Nicholson Robinson is a Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine, specializing in translating maternal and nutritional health research into practice. She co-authored the proposal for the Tufts Center for Black Maternal Health and Reproductive Justice and served as Chief Report Editor and Lead Technical Writer for Massachusetts’ Special Commission on Racial Inequities in Maternal Health, informing the landmark Momnibus law (B H.4999). She advises Vital Village’s Birth Equity Coalition and Birth-by-Us, a digital tool supporting birthing parents, and formerly led the Black Rainbow Justice Initiative. Dr. Atatah has over two decades of teaching experience in higher education, including service at Prairie View A&M University, the University of Phoenix, and the University of Arizona Global Campus. His interdisciplinary research focuses on public health disparities, criminal justice outcomes, minority health, chronic disease prevention, COVID-19 impacts, and evidence-based policy interventions. Dr. Sandi Cravens, a native of Minnesota, has 35 years of experience in education and administration in Irving, Texas. She earned her B.S. in Health and Physical Education from St. Cloud State University, completed her master’s at Baylor University, and her Ph.D. at Texas Woman’s University. For 23 years, she has served as Health and Physical Education Coordinator for Irving ISD and as an adjunct professor at Texas Woman’s University for 21 years. She has also taught at St. Luke School and Texas Christian University and supervised student teachers for Texas A&M University.

Dr. Cravens has received numerous awards, including TAHPERD K-12 Administrator of the Year and the Irving Elks Distinguished Citizen Award, and has partnered with schools and community organizations to advance student wellness and physical activity programs.

Dr. Jia Borror received her doctoral degree in Educational Leadership in May of 2012. She has over 20 years of classroom teaching experience. Dr. Borror serves as a faculty member at NSU’s Abraham S. Fischler College of Education and School of Criminal Justice. She teaches multiple courses in education at the Undergraduate, Master’s, and Educational Specialist level in the areas of Curriculum and Instruction, Teacher and Educational Leadership, and Early Childhood Education.  Dr. Jia Borror serves as a mentor to beginner teachers, develops curriculums for graduate and undergraduate courses.  In addition, she conducts research in early childhood development, elementary education, STEM education, teacher leadership, bullying, and emotional resilience.

Dr. Nikola Tutek is the Associate Lecturer at the University of Rijeka, Department of English language.  He completed his PhD Thesis titled Visual and Verbal Interrelations in Canadian Short Fiction with excellence.  Dr. Nikola Tutek achieved his doctorate degree from Karl-Franzens University of Graz, Austria at the Department of English literature, Subdivision Canadian Literature. Dr. Nikola Tutek has worked as a Foreign Lecturer for Croatian Language at the Federal University of Immanuel Kant in Kaliningrad, Russian Federation.  He is an independent scholar and has taught business and technical English to adults in various domestic and international companies in a private language school in Budapest.  Dr. Nikola Tutek has also attained an MA diploma in English and Croatian Language and Literature. His MA thesis dealt with the analysis of some aspects of films by Quentin Tarantino.

Dr. Shashi Kant Gupta is Senior Editor of Journal of Global Research in Public Health and Movement Science (JGRPHMS). He is a Post-Doctoral Fellow and Researcher, Computer Science and Engineering, Eudoxia Research University, USA in collaboration with Eudoxia Research Centre, India. He is working as an Honorary Senior Research Fellow, Department of Scientific Research, Innovation and Training of Scientific and Pedagogical Staff, University of Economics and Pedagogy. He is a Research Collaborator and Invited Visiting Senior Scientist at the Research Institute of IoT and Cybersecurity, Department of Electronic Engineering, National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. Dr. Oluwaseyi O. Yusuf is a University Professor of Kinesiology and Health at Prairie View A&M University in Texas and Assistant dean of research in SPAH. He holds a Ph.D. and an M.Ed. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Calabar, alongside a B.Sc. Ed. in Health Education from the University of Ilorin. He is former Vice-Chancellor, Starex University, Gurugram, Jagannath University Jaipur, RGNIYD (GOI), Pro Vice-Chancellor VKSU Ara, Dean of Colleges & Social Sciences, Chairman, Dept. of Economics & Dept. of Journalism KUK He was the first ICCR Chair Professor in South Korea. Presently he is Adjunct Professor at Institute of Advanced Sciences Dartmouth, USA.  He is honored with the London Organization of Skill Development (LOSD) Excellence Award 2023, Professor J.K. Mehta Academic Excellence Award 2023, Rashtrapita Rashtriya Samman 2023 for propounding Needonomics and  Gurukul Gyanjyoti Award (2024). His area of research is Economics of HRD & Indian Economy.
